Welcome
Hi, I’m Dr. Kristi.
I’m so grateful you’re here.
I have been fascinated by psychology and personal development for decades. I’ve often wondered, “Why is it that some people reach their goals, receive what they want and create meaningful, lasting change while other people remain stuck in the same patterns and cycles across many areas of life despite their effort, intelligence, and desire to move forward?”
This question and drive to deeply understand human behavior has profoundly influenced my personal life as well as my evolving professional career.
My professional journey began in nutrition, advanced into naturopathic and functional medicine, and eventually expanded into science-based transformational coaching, subconscious reconditioning, nervous system resilience, and the deeper study of human potential, performance and transformation.

Over the years, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals navigating challenges related to chronic health conditions, emotional health concerns, complex relationships, business and entrepreneurship, career and life transitions, and personal reinvention.
While the circumstances were different, I noticed an underlying common theme that consistently emerged. The outer results people experience are often shaped by deeper internal patterns operating beneath their conscious awareness.
Many people know what they want. And they certainly know what they don’t want. Yet, they haven’t fully developed the internal capacity, beliefs, identity, mental stamina, emotional resilience, or self-trust required to consistently create and sustain it.
This common thread - that I’ve observed in many people and experienced firsthand in my own journey - ultimately led me to this work. It has inspired me to pursue what truly drives human behavior, growth, resilience, and transformation, and to further explore how people can move far beyond their conditioned patterns, inherited beliefs, self-imposed limitations, and outdated identities that no longer reflect who they’ve become.
Today, I help men and women better understand the powerful relationship between the mind, body, and the subconscious patterns that influence nearly every aspect of their lives. Together, we uncover the hidden beliefs, emotional conditioning, behaviors, and identities operating beneath conscious awareness and learn how to consciously create new patterns that support greater health, fulfillment, confidence, success, connection, and purpose.
My work is deeply rooted in:
Meaningful and sustainable transformation occurs when these key elements work together. While my insight, guidance and teachings provide a framework, lasting change ultimately requires your own willingness to cultivate self-awareness, personal responsibility, self-leadership, and action. These qualities become the bridge between where you are today and the life you want to create.
When it comes to personal growth and identity evolution, there is not a permanent finish line. Just as physical health requires ongoing attention, movement, nourishment, and care, your inner world requires continued awareness, intention, practice, and refinement.
At the heart of this work is developing a deeper and real understanding of yourself — who you have been, who you are today, and who you are becoming. It involves releasing patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and identities that no longer support your growth, while intentionally creating a life that is more authentically aligned with your values, vision, and limitless potential.
This is never about forcing change into an identity that doesn't feel right. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, the stories that no longer align, reconnecting with your own inner power, and creating a life that reflects that truth.
My Story
I’ve not only studied this work...I’ve lived it.
I’ve spent years studying naturopathic and functional medicine, human behavior and transformation, personal and professional development and have supported my clients through significant and often difficult transitions in their health, careers, and lives.
This work isn’t just what I’ve read about, studied and taught. I’ve personally lived it. Some of my greatest lessons and awakenings have come from my own personal life experiences, challenges and setbacks.
Several years ago, at the height of my career, my life took a downward spiral. It unraveled and collapsed as if a landslide came through and decimated it. Up until that point, from the outside, things looked good, busy, successful, and I’m sure what appeared as “happy.” Yet, internally, I felt depleted, resentful, disconnected from myself and others and increasingly aware that the life I was living was no longer in alignment with who I wanted to be.
This unexpected life implosion destabilized my unstable way of functioning: a lifetime of nervous system dys-regulation, overworking, overdelivering, overpleasing, denying myself of essential emotional needs and trying to keep up with everyone else. “Comparison-itis” to the incomplete and false highlight reels on social media and in person is a real and dangerous threat to our nervous system and to humanity.
In the aftermath, my life slowed down. Way down. If I’m not rushing around with a million things on my “to do” list, who am I? It forced me to truly see what was happening and the mal-adaptive tendencies and behaviors I was unconsciously and consciously choosing for many years. It forced me to pause, regain clarity, recalibrate and redirect my attention and energy towards something far more meaningful and authentic.
While this period of time was deeply painful, raw and humbling, it ultimately became my wake-up call and invitation to radically change my life.
I became even more intentional and deeply committed to my inner health and well-being. Meditating daily, engaging in nervous system healing practices, rewiring long-standing and outdated subconscious patterns, raising my internal set point to hold onto the growth I had achieved. And really immersing myself in this work and these teachings — not just intellectually, but truly embodying and living these practices.
Far from easy, there were setbacks, resistance, and moments that stretched me, but the devotion to changing and healing myself was so worth it. Gradually, I rebuilt and reorganized my life, business, finances, and relationships — and most importantly rebuilt the relationship with myself. This time, it was from a stronger, more stabilized foundation rooted in deeper self-awareness, self-trust, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. Better still, I opened myself up to receive the healing support of community.
This life changing experience deepened my understanding of what changing yourself and transforming your life from within actually means and requires. I knew I wasn’t alone in experiencing this and sensed that this story would resonate with many others standing at a similar breaking point or threshold. This understanding now informs everything I teach, share, and support my clients through.
Education & Credentials
A path that has been anything but linear.
What began as a passion for nutrition and food as nourishment for the body eventually evolved into a two-decade career in naturopathic and functional medicine, helping people navigate complex medical conditions and uncover the deeper “root cause” factors influencing their total health and well-being.
Along the way, I became increasingly fascinated by something that extended far beyond physical health: human behavior, personal transformation, resilience, and the profound connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, nervous system, relationships, and life experiences.
This curiosity led me to expand my education and training into life and business coaching, mind-body medicine, neuroscience, meditation, nervous system healing, subconscious reconditioning, consciousness, and the study of human behavior and potential.

Today, my work draws from a diverse blend of clinical experience, coaching, psychology, physiology, personal development, and many of the universal principles that influence how we heal, grow, create, and evolve throughout our lives.
While credentials and education have profoundly shaped me, some of my greatest lessons have come from my own personal experiences, challenges, transitions, setbacks, and reinventions. Those experiences deepened my understanding that meaningful transformation doesn’t happen through information alone. It occurs when it’s paired with awareness, action, and a deep willingness to evolve.
I believe that every person possesses far more potential, wisdom, resilience, creativity, and capacity than they realize. Having the right support, guidance and perspective to help bring that to the surface can make all the difference in the world.
Recently relocated back to Northern California, I love hiking, gardening, strength training, yoga, meditation, live music gatherings, paddle boarding, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.
If you feel called toward something more aligned for your life, reach out and let’s explore how I can best support you on that journey.
